Licensed Distributor Information:

• Regular - $100 yearly fee, or four item minimum purchase at time of sign up. (at L.D. price) 
• Silver - $100 yearly fee, or four item minimum purchase at time of sign up. (at L.D. price) Also required to enroll in the auto ship program * with minimum of five items per month. 
• Gold - $100 yearly fee, or four item minimum purchase at time of sign up. (at L.D. price) Also required to enroll in the auto ship program * with minimum of ten items per month. 
• Platinum - $100 yearly fee, or four item minimum purchase at time of sign up. (at L.D. price) Also required to enroll in the auto ship program * with minimum of fifteen items per month. 

Memberships are good for three months. L.D. must notify us within 30 days prior to contract end date to cancel.

* Auto ship program entails a three month contract with 30 day cancellation notification. Under this program you authorize M.V.P. K9 Supplements to charge your credit card for the minimum order under your membership package.

All orders must be paid in full before M.V.P. K9 Supplements will ship product.
